You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one gbingo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. gbingo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). gbingo may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbingo account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify gbingo immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gbingo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 gbingo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your gbingo account, whether or not authorized by you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gbingo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at gbingo's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted by gbingo with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. gbingo aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. gbingo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the gbingo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gbingo is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.5 Player Funds. gbingo holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. However, gbingo does not pay interest on player balances.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting gbingo support is a violation of these Terms. gbingo reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.
5.1 gbingo may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your gbingo account as bonus credits and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
5.3 gbingo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
5.5 gbingo reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.1 All games available on the gbingo Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that are subject to independent testing and certification. gbingo is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, gbingo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. gbingo's decision in such matters is final.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 gbingo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gbingo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 gbingo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbingo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 gbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbingo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
11.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the gbingo Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting gbingo support.
12.1 gbingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gbingo reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, gbingo may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or material breach is established, any real-money balance remaining in the account.
12.3 You may close your gbingo account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact gbingo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. gbingo will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 gbingo operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
